Zoom Webinar

What do we mean when we talk about ethical fundraising? How do we prepare ourselves and our teams to be more proactive rather than reactive in the moment when a situation arises that could conflict with our organization's mission or gift policy? Join Joyce Mitchell-Antoine, Vice President for Development at Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, Inc., for a discussion about core ethical values in fundraising and dealing with scenarios that you might find yourself in. Learn more about the AFP Code of Ethics; how to work with your team to create a safe environment that empowers them to make the right decision; and best practices for navigating challenging conversations.

This event is free of charge for AFP members and attendees are encouraged to share their own past or existing scenarios where an ethical question arose or general questions regarding ethical fundraising for the discussion.

Full participation in What We Think We Know: A Conversation About Ethical Fundraising is applicable for 1 point in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
