PANELISTS:

David Crusoe is VP, Product and Engineering at DoSomething.org. In his role, he leads the dream and delivery for a digital experience in which young people grow to be civically committed. He has been designing and generating prosocial digital environments for nearly 20 years, including for incarcerated populations, K-12 educators and young people in youth development contexts.

He’s a Fellow of the RSA, has earned two degrees from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and in his spare time, writes children’s stories and explores caves.

 

Sarah McCollum Williams is Executive Director of Green Guerillas, where she fosters the organization's growth in order to serve community gardens and gardeners across New York City, fostering green spaces to support the health and wellbeing of the communities they serve.

Over the past 15 years, she has managed teams, operations, and workflow on major projects; recruited and cultivated staff; created community partnerships; developed strategy reports; crafted communications for internal and external uses; written and reported on public and private grants; facilitated Board committees; organized events; and compiled and analyzed complex data sets. 


CJ Orr, is Partner & President of Orr Group, and is responsible for a portfolio of work that includes operations, business development and partner relationship management. On the operations side, CJ is responsible for setting and driving achievement of Orr Group’s financial targets and overseeing office real estate and management. Additionally, CJ leads and supports the efforts of Orr Group’s sales team to identify and cultivate new business opportunities and build relationships with nonprofit partners, ensuring that the services offered are best aligned with our partners’ needs.

He has a broad background in fundraising and development, strategic planning, campaigns and event management. He has led strategic initiatives and fundraising for several large galas and campaigns. As a project and relationship manager, he executes on the development of strategies and tactics to ensure highly memorable events and campaigns that meet or exceed fundraising targets.

CJ’s background in finance provides him with a strong foundation in analytics, metrics and ROI. Prior to working at Orr Group, CJ worked in Institutional Municipal Trading at Alliance Bernstein, where he was responsible for funds trading, account management, and reviewing analytical research. He also spent several years in municipal bonds sales and trading at Oppenheimer & Co.

Kim Snyder, VP of Data Strategy at RoundTable Technology has over 25 years of experience with data systems, business analysis and change management, not to mention accolades as an Agile Coach, a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and an ACP (Agile Certified Professional). Kim has recently completed the CIPP/US certification as an Information Privacy Professional. Her passion is helping nonprofit professionals to strategically navigate the demands and opportunities of an ever-evolving data and technology-driven workplace. Most recently she has been focused on the world of data governance, data privacy, compliance and security.

In addition, Kim serves as an advisory board member of Westchester County's CyberSecurity Task Force.
