Lamont Wray, Jr. brings two decades of expertise in non-profit fundraising and marketing to his role including leading the development of Food Bank For New York City's first mid-level giving program, the Five Boroughs Society, which has raised nearly $16 million in fundraising revenue. Lamont leads a team of four front-line fundraisers focused on cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors who give an annual cumulative gift of $1,000 or more.

He takes a holistic approach, focusing on the complete giving cycle from direct mail and digital solicitation, through acknowledgment and stewardship activities. He currently serves on the AFPNYC Board of Directors, Chairs the Government Relations Committee providing advocacy for charitable giving issues in NYS and on The Hill in DC, and is active in the Professional Advancement Committee. In addition, serves as Vice Chair on the Board of the Lehman Center for the Performing Arts in the Bronx.
