Members and guests pay discounted pricing; some events are free for AFP-NYC Chapter members. Fireside Chat with Joseph Benincasa of the Actors Fund

AFP-NYC is proud to collaborate with NYSAE in a Fireside Chat with Joseph Benincasa, President & CEO of The Actors Fund. AFP-NYC Board Member Leah Heister Burton will join Charles Riotto, NYSAE Chair, as part of the discussion panel. The group will discuss The Actors Fund's response to COVID-19, the impact on the entertainment industry, and how they're navigating these rough waters.

Joseph Benincasa directs comprehensive social services, health care services, employment and training, and affordable, supportive and senior housing. He is also President of the Actors Fund Housing Development Corporation which is building affordable, supportive and senior care residences for artists in major urban centers. Leah Heister Burton oversees the planning, management, and execution of the institution’s strategic engagement with current and prospective donors. Prior to the Guggenheim, Leah was a Vice President with CCS Fundraising. Charles Riotto is President Emeritus of Licensing International (formerly LIMA - the International Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association), the leading trade organization for the worldwide licensing industry.  Prior to joining LIMA, he served as Executive Director of the International Recording Media Association and of the Toy Manufacturers of America, Inc.
